Vehicle Rental Booking and Payment Policy
To secure a vehicle rental with Easy Transport Nepal, a booking confirmation is required. This can be done through direct phone communication or via our online booking system. We kindly request that customers provide all necessary information accurately and in a timely manner to ensure a smooth booking process.
Payment for the vehicle rental can be made in advance or upon vehicle pickup, depending on the agreed terms. We accept cash payments as well as major credit cards for your convenience. In the case of advance payments, a reservation deposit may be required.
Travel Insurance
Easy Transport Nepal strongly recommends that customers obtain adequate travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellation, delays, or emergencies. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, personal belongings, and any other relevant aspects of your trip. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange suitable insurance coverage.
Adding Days
If during your vehicle rental or tour package you decide to extend your trip and require the vehicle or services for additional days, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to vehicle availability and schedule adjustments. Any additional costs incurred due to the extension will be communicated to you and must be settled accordingly.
