Cancellation And Refund Policy
At Easy Transport Nepal, we are committed to delivering reliable vehicle rental and tour services with complete transparency. We understand that travel plans may change, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, modifications, and no-shows.
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
- Vehicle Rental Services (including airport transfers, intercity transfers, private hires, and chauffeur-driven rentals)
- Tour Services (Single Day Tour, multi-day tours, sightseeing packages, and customized tour arrangements)
Vehicle Rental Services Cancellation Policy
This section applies to all vehicle rental bookings.
Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Service Date
If a cancellation request is received 7 (seven) days or more prior to the scheduled service start date:
→ 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Service Date
If a cancellation request is received less than 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled service start date:
→ No refund will be provided.
Tour Services Cancellation Policy
This section applies to all tour packages and customized tour services.
Cancellation 15 Days or More Before Tour Start Date
If a cancellation request is received 15 (fifteen) days or more prior to the scheduled tour start date:
→ 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Tour Start Date
If a cancellation request is received less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled tour start date:
→ No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy
A booking will be classified as a No-Show if the client fails to appear at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled date and time without prior written cancellation.
In such cases:
→ 100% of the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the client’s financial institution.
Booking Modifications
Requests to modify booking dates or service details must be submitted in writing.
- Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
- Any price difference due to rate changes will be applicable.
- Modification requests made close to the service date may be treated as cancellations and subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
Force Majeure
Easy Transport Nepal shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Road closures or landslides
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Strikes
- Severe weather conditions
Refund eligibility under such circumstances will be reviewed at management discretion.
